"Hey Mom, let's go outside and pet the neighbor's cat!"
"Isn't it such a sweet cat?"
"Uh, Mom, this is nice, but can we please get a real cat?"
"Yeah Mom! I want to pet a real cat too!"
"PUH-LEEEEESE??"
"Yeah, puh-leeese?" 
"I'll even do the dance of joy if you say yes!"
"Yeah, and I'll hold still long enough for you to take a picture if you say yes!"
Sorry kids, no cat. How about a baby brother or sister instead?

p.s. S's MRSA has cleared up with the antibiotic cream, thank the Lord!

Congratulations--what a fun way to hear your news! I have to say, I was scrolling down thinking "is there supposed to be a picture here or something?" The ending was surely a surprise!
