How do you like the Bumbo seat? We have the old tray-less version of the Baby Pod and I'm thinking it would be WAY WAY better with a tray? Elizabeth regularly arches herself right out of the seat thus making her time in it short at best. It worked wonderfully for about a week and then she figured out how to wiggle her way out. I think a tray would help keep her in plus it would give her a surface to play on...oh well, I guess that's why it was on sale at Walmart for $18 a couple of years ago.
